HP Falcon Windows 10 Phone May Be Unveiled At MWC

Recent reports suggest that HP Falcon isn’t just a unicorn, it’s actually real and the Windows 10 device may be unveiled at Mobile World Congress (MWC) in February. Late last year, the device was spotted on GFXBench but the report was skewed and no reasonable deduction could be made about its actual existence.

With 43GB internal storage and a 20MP rear camera, the mysterious HP Falcon phone was shown to have a resolution of 2560 x 1440 on its 5.8-inch screen.

The smartphone is powered by the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset but there’s one thing about the report that looks odd: a device like this can’t be powered by just 1GB RAM and the 43GB storage suggests something about these (specifications) sheet isn’t right.

Despite all the inconsistencies, this phone may eventually be unveiled in February but HP hasn’t said anything about it. The report was neither confirmed nor denied.

The report by Dr Windows says this device is real but HP hasn’t decided whether to go ahead with it or abandon the project. The report says the device is being tested internally but the company is not yet sure if it’s going to be profitable or not.
