Microsoft BUILD 2016 Kicks Off Today, Here’s How To Watch

A few days ago, we announced that Microsoft plans to unveil “something awesome”for Windows users at this year’s developers conference. BUILD 2016 kicks off today and you can stream the event directly from your phone or computer.

At the conference, Microsoft is expected to unveil details of the next major Windows 10 update. There are speculations Microsoft is bringing back Project Astoria that will let users run Android apps on Windows but we’re not certain yet. Microsoft is expected to announce some major changes to Cortana, interactive live tiles and the revamped action center.

A Twitterbot was launched by Microsoft last week and it malfunctioned. It is reported that this is just one of the many bots Microsoft has built. Artificial Intelligence may be built into Skype and other Microsoft products.

There’s also a report that Microsoft is partnering with Canonical to bring Ubuntu to Windows 10. While we don’t know how this is going to work out yet, the report implies that Windows 10 may soon be able to run Linux utilities natively.

The even kicks off in a couple of hours.
