There are several ways to download videos online and we even have quite a number of tutorials on that published on this blog. However, if what what you want is a smooth experience, completely hassle-free, you should consider using Wondershare AllMyTube. It isn’t just a video downloader, it has a lots of tools to make video management much easier.I’ve been using the software for almost two weeks and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. While the software itself has a fully functional browser that lets you do this, you can still access the video download feature within your native internet browser as an integrated plugin.Option 1: Downloading with Chrome / Firefox extension
This is probably the easiest way to download videos. With the software installed, browser addons for Firefox and Internet Explorer should also be automatically installed. Just visit any video website and start playing the video. A download option should appear at the top-right corner of the video player.
Clicking the button should reveal available video resolutions and you can choose the best that suits your need. The download is then transferred to the software.
As you can see, the software lets you download more than one video at once. You can as well pause and resume download tasks at will.
Option 2: Downloading using the inbuilt AllMyTube browser
Clicking the Online Video tab within the software should display the browser. You can access your video site using the URL bar or select from the ones already pinned to the homepage. Visit any of the sites and while playing the video, you should see a button appear at the top-right corner of the video player.
Clicking the option should also display available video resolutions from which you can select any.
Option 3: Pasting video URL
This is another easy way to do this. All you need to do is copy the video page link from your browser and open AllMyTube. Clicking the blue Paste URL button should start the download. Alternatively, you may choose to save the video as MP3 by clicking the dropdown instead.
Option 4: Direct screen recording
Well, this isn’t my favorite option but it sure works. The screen recording feature lets you capture video directly from video websites. Apart from this, you can use it to record screen activities.
Batch saving and playlist download
As shown earlier, this software lets you download in batch. In case you need to download a whole playlist. Copy the playlist link and the software will automatically determine you’re trying to download a playlist.
Video conversion to any format
You don’t need a third-party converter to convert downloaded videos to your desired format. In case you need to transfer the videos to your mobile device, there are several options available for popular devices.
