In Recent attempt to make people use skype services, skype has announced that anyone can now use skype services via the web without downloading skype or creating a skype account.
Note: When you use skype as a guest, you will not be able to search for a name or email address, rather, you will send a conversation link created by skype to others so that they can join your conversation. The link will only last for 24 hours. After that, the user would have to start the whole process again.

Things You Will Need To Use Skype Services Without Creating a Skype Account:
- A computer system (PC) with a web browser.
- Internet Connection.
- Note: The computer system (PC) or laptop that you want to use for skype must have a mic and a speaker for audio call and for video call your laptop or computer system (PC) must have a web cam.
- Open or click this link www.skype.com with your web browser.
- Select “Start a conversation” button.
- Enter your name and click “Start a conversation” button.
- Wait for skype to lunch a new guest window for you.
- Before you can make video or audio call, a prompt or pop up will appear in your web browser asking you to allow skype extension allow it and allow it to download and install the extension.
