Nokia 8 With 6GB RAM & 128GB Storage To Be Launched In October

Earlier we saw that Nokia 8 was spotted on the U.S. FCC site and the listing seems to have been modified. If you are a huge Nokia fan, then the modified listing is going to please you. The listing now confirms that Nokia 8 will be launched next month with 6GB RAM & 128GB storage.

HMD Global has confirmed that the Nokia 8 version with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage capacity will hit the market next October, although at the moment it seems that it will only reach Germany.

It is important to keep in mind that such a limited launch does not make much sense, so it is possible that the first launch will take place in that country and then later the Finnish company Nokia will spread to other markets gradually.

The top version of the Nokia 8 comes with increased 2GB of RAM while the original model comes with 4GB of RAM, and doubles the storage capacity from 64 GB to 128 GB. Although in the subject of RAM the user will not notice a relevant improvement in their use, while they will notice the great difference with the greater storage capacity.

In any case, it is interesting to see that HMD Global has carried out this approach since the moment they said that it did not make much sense to mount more than 4GB of RAM in a smartphone, something that already we had seen and heard on many occasions.

The rest of the specs should remain unchanged, so this new Nokia 8 will be an interesting alternative especially for those who wish to have a greater base storage capacity.

Its availability has been announced for next October 20 in the German market, where the device will carry a price tag of 669 Euro, yes, it means that it will be 90 Euros more expensive than the model of 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage capacity.
