It's a service that allows eligible customers access short-term Micro Credit loans via a USSD platform from their mobile phones. It is to help you with fast and easy loans to take care of that urgent financial need.
How To Apply for MTN XtraCash Service
How To Apply for MTN XtraCash Service
Eligible customers can request for XtraCash by dialing the USSD code *606#, select 9 for next, and select 5 for XtraCash on the menu.
You will then be taken to the next stage where you will then choose the option to apply for the load and thereafter know the tune of the amount that you are allowed to borrow. Once your application is successful, your MTN Yello account would be credited in due time.
Amount to Borrow From MTNYou can borrow N5,000 or N10,000 based on eligibility but this is applicable to only MTN customers.
To Receive The CashThe Xtracash Loan amount would be credited to customers’ Diamond Yello Account. The MTN Xtracash loan maturity period is 30 days at an interest rate of 15%.
What if I Don’t Have Diamond Yello Account?
You will then be taken to the next stage where you will then choose the option to apply for the load and thereafter know the tune of the amount that you are allowed to borrow. Once your application is successful, your MTN Yello account would be credited in due time.
