itel A46 With Dual Rear Cameras and Face Unlock
itTranssions holding subsidiary, itel Mobile adds the itel A46 to its collection of smartphones. The device features dual camera setup, Android Pie OS, Face Unlock and an octa-core processor. For a company with reputation of entry-level smartphones, this smartphone looks quite interesting. As expected, the price point is very convenient for budget buyers.

itel A46 doesn’t follow the recent trend of notches, so it arrives some bezels at the top and bottom. That way, it expresses an aspect ratio of 18:9, thus, giving it the Full View display. Before continuing with display aspect, I’ll like to mention that there’s a dual camera setup and fingerprint sensor placed at the rear of the smartphone.
Meanwhile, the fingerprint sensor isn’t the only biometric agent on the smartphone. The Face Unlock is also active through the 3D Facial Recognition integrated into the phone’s 5MP front camera. This front camera’s primary function is to snap selfies. And it does that alongside a LED flash.
Turning to the rear, the dual camera are composed of the 8MP main sensor and the 0.3MP depth shooter for boek effects.
Back to the display, the 5.45 inches IPS touchscreen teams up with HD+ resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels and 269ppi pixel density. It’s quite decent for a smartphone of this stature.
Under the glass, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core 1.6GHz processor. It is tagged with a 2GB RAM for fluid multitasking and smooth running of apps. Added to it, the storage compartment of 16GB ROM can be extended to 128GB through a MicroSD card. How long the smartphone will last depends on the 2,400mAh battery.
