This Woman Can’t Use Her iCloud Because of Her Last Name

Rachel is known to have a problem where she cannot use her iCloud account. A person’s name given by their parents must have its own meaning. But for some weird reasons, the names we have can actually be detrimental to ourselves, for example, that of a woman named ‘Rachel True’.

Rachel is known to have a problem where she cannot use her iCloud account at all because she often gets error notifications from iCloud.

Based on the uploaded photo (screenshot), it appears that the system from iCloud itself thinks that the word ‘True’ which is Rachel’s last name represents the data type True in Boolean.

Even though “True” is indeed Rachel’s last name, she couldn’t do anything about it and let this problem last for about 6 months before she decided to make a tweet regarding this matter.

“Anyone else getting this error from Apple iCloud? In past or now? I’m 6 months deep freeze & looking for any help. I rem dead coding languages like Kobalt… and this seems like an Apple coding issue not hardware,” wrote Rachel True via her Twitter account.

As a result, after going viral, Apple decided to fix the problem. One member of the iCloud team named Arun Gupta has been trying to contact Rachel True for guidance.
