Huawei plans to unveil its flagship device for 2016 next month but we’ve already seen what the device looks like in leaked images. Huawei P9 will have a dual-camera setup and from the leaked photos seen on this Chinese website, it looks like a metal-clad device.
The two cameras are rumored to have pixel resolutions of 12MP each and they are expected to come equipped with optical image stabilization. If you’re wondering why this is a big deal, perhaps you should check this recent post on why devices with dual-cameras are desirable.
Huawei and Leica recently formed a partnership and it’s most likely this device with come with Leica camera lens.

Huawei P9 is also said to come with a 5.2-inch screen and a 1080p resolution but this is not yet confirmed. This looks doubtful since most flagship products already released this year sport 2k resolution.
The leaked images also confirms that the device will come with USB Type-C port. Huawei may launch four different variants of the smartphone with varying specifications and the lite version is going to be the cheapest. It will surely miss out on some features like the dual-camera setup. Huawei will officially reveal the device on April 6.
