Following the NCC’s mandatory law that all Tele communication companies should create an opt-out code for unsolicited messages, MTN and Etisalat have started sending customers a code that will allow you opt-out from receiving unsolicited marketing messages and calls.
For MTN, you will get several options, just choose anyone that you deem fit.
It seems the code – 2442 - applies to other Tele communication companies like Glo and Airtel.
