Yet Another Turrent Web Site Has Been Shut Down | TorrentHound

This year is really a bad one for torrent users and the torrent community at large. It all started with Pirate Bay legal issues then the arrest of CEO Kat(dot)cr which resulted in the shutdown of his torrent web site, then torrent(dot)eu followed suit. 

The founder of TorrentHound Finito in a brief message said:

TorrentHound has decided to shut down its popular torrent site, voluntarily.

Though it never ranked in the top five like ThePirateBay, KickassTorrents and Torrentz, TorrentHound definitely held its rank in top 10 torrent websites. The site which completed 9 years was founded in 2007 and had an average million visitors per month.
