Glo NG Has Stopped Its Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) Subscription/Data Plan For All Blackberry Devices
Glo Blackberry Plan has saved internet users in Nigeria. Some internet users in Nigeria have been enjoying Glo NG Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) Subscription/Data Plan on android smartphones by tweaking their Android smartphone IMEI to BB IMEI, so as to use the Glo BIS Plan, hence it made MediaTek processor popular in Nigeria.
Etisalat started the trend of stopping the usage of Blackberry Internet services on Blackberry OS7 despite the facts that WhatsApp extended their live support to Blackberry devices till June 2017. Now Glo has announced the forbidden fruit.
Dear Customer, starting December 17, 2016 BlackBerry services on your device (BBOS7 devices) will no longer be available. You can still continue to use the device to Call and Text. We request you to migrate to a BB10, Android, Windows or IOS handset to use your remaining data.
