How to Use PPSSPP Cheat (CWcheat) on PSP Emulator
In this post, I will guide you on how to download Cwcheat and use PPSSPP cheat on a PSP emulator. You can apply cheats to any PPSSPP game of your choice, but you need to follow the right steps to achieve this.
You will be able to download and import the latest cheat.DB and .ini files for PPSSPP which you can use on any game of your choice. Therefore if you want faster gameplay and a less-stressful gaming experience and want to use cheats to achieve your aim, this post is for you.
To use the PPSSPP cheat, you need to install the latest PPSSPP gold app, or PPSSPP Emulator, then download the latest Cwcheat for PPSSPP and import the cheat.DB file to your PPSSPP Emulator. We have explained the procedures in detail and you can see them as you scroll down.

Note that the file size of the first link is just 613kb while the size of the second link is 4.2MB.
Remember also that some cheat codes work better when using the CWcheat plug-in. But this one works just fine though.
REQUIREMENTS FOR USING PPSSPP CHEATPPSSPP Emulator or PPSSPP Gold Emulator

STEP 1: Install latest PSP Gold Emulator on your Android device.
STEP 2: Download the Cheat database.zip file from the links provided already in this post and extract it using ZArchiver app.
STEP 3: Copy the “cheat.db” file to this path SdCard > PSP > Cheats. But if the Cheats folder doesn’t exist inside the “PSP folder”, then create it by yourself.
STEP 4: Now play any game, then press the back (menu) button to enter “PPSSPP menu”.
Go to “Game setting” click on “System”, scroll down to search, and mark “Enable cheats”. Then go back, and you will see the “Cheats” option on the PPSSPP menu, if not available, just restart the game.
STEP 5: Now on the PPSSPP menu, choose the “Cheats” option and click on “Import from cheat.db“.
STEP 6: Return to your game for a couple of moments to revive the cheat codes. After playing, return to the Cheats menu once more. Cheats code selection should show up now but if it still didn’t, just restart the game
* In that case, tick on the cheat you want to activate and cheat it!
* Always save your “game progress” also known as “ingame save” because most of the cheats effect may not go away if you load your game through the save state, even after you restart the PPSSPP app.

You can apply cheats to your PPSSPP game by simply opening the game and exiting, then PPSSPP will create a folder called ‘Cheats’ and a .ini named the same as the game ID and game Title. * After restarting the game and if the cheats selection does not appear, then just maybe the game is not available in the CWcheat database.* In that case, tick on the cheat you want to activate and cheat it!
